Warri Ladies Vanguard: A Legacy of Service and Empowerment

Established in 1958 in Warri, then part of Nigeria’s Midwest State, Warri Ladies Vanguard is a distinguished socio-cultural organization dedicated to service and community empowerment.

Founded by 17 pioneering Itsekiri women, the organization has upheld its enduring motto, "Service to The Nation," for over six decades, reflecting its unwavering commitment to the Itsekiri people and disciplined growth.

In September 2022, Warri Ladies Vanguard expanded its reach internationally with the launch of its North American branch—the ninth in its network. Today, the organization proudly maintains a strong presence across Warri, Benin, Lagos, Sapele, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Abuja, Asaba, North America, and the United Kingdom.
